WHAT IS STRESS?
There is “good” stress and “bad” stress. A little stress is completely normal and even necessary. Chronic stress is not only unpleasant for us, but extremely harmful. The result is mental illnesses such as burnout, physical illnesses such as cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal problems or even worse. If we have too little balance, we get sick.

OUR ENVIRONMENT
Bruce Lipton proves that our environment shapes us and can also make us sick or heal us, even more than our genes. The 3 most common causes of illness are trauma, toxins and our mind. Genes only make up 5% of this!

1. BODY WORK

The TTouch has a positive effect on the muscles, nervous system and every single cell in the body. It has a mood-enhancing effect – you become happier & more relaxed at the same time.

Each TTouch has a different effect and can have a decelerating, activating or balancing effect. With the TTouch you work against the earth’s gravity (from bottom to top).

If you imagine a clock face, you start at 6 o’clock and go up to 12 o’clock, then to 6 o’clock and then to 9 o’clock = 1 1/4 circle. It is important to move the skin underneath and not just stroke the tissue.


2. LEARNING COURSE

Elements such as labyrinths, stars, ladders and different surfaces are completed slowly and with concentration. Partner exercises are possible with the help of special guiding methods. Unusual movements improve cell and muscle function, balance, coordination and concentration. You become more balanced, calmer and more self-confident.


3. BODY BANDS

To increase body awareness, you can also work with body bands in different colors, thicknesses and materials. This gives you a more intense feeling for your body and more security. This helps especially in stressful situations.

TIP: It is also a great self-help tool in everyday life for tension and to increase concentration.


4. MANAGEMENT

Everyone needs a special framework to feel safe and to be able to concentrate; only then is change possible. It is up to us to find a suitable framework for ourselves that is good for us and in which we feel comfortable, so that we can grow, thrive and blossom like a tree.
