Cancellations
Appointments booked by you are generally binding and are reserved for you personally. If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Please also note my cancellation conditions in this regard:
Cancellation conditions
For reservations of appointments that last 90 minutes or longer and that are cancelled within 24 hours, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the price for the booked treatment. If you cancel your reservation without calling, I reserve the right to charge the full price. Vouchers for these treatments will expire in this case.
This also applies to dog training. Workshops (2-3 hour appointments) must be cancelled at least 3 days in advance, otherwise I will charge a 50% processing fee. If 1-day courses are cancelled less than 1 week in advance, the full course fee must be paid.
Personal hygiene
Please come to all body treatments freshly showered.
Vouchers
Don’t lose your vouchers! They are like cash in your wallet. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced! Vouchers are valid for 1 year and should be redeemed within this time.
Gendering of the website
For reasons of better readability, the texts do not use female and male forms of language at the same time and the generic masculine form is used. All personal names apply equally to both sexes and are equal! Please understand!
